Dragonwell Green Tea
Also known as Lung-Ching, one of the most famous China green teas. Hand processing and pan-frying creates the signature flat shape. Its exquisite chestnutty flavor and delicate aroma are perfect any time of the day as a picker-upper and makes a great iced tea. Low in caffeine. Preparation: 1.5 teaspoon per cup; brew 1.5 - 2 min @ 165 F.
Izu Green Matcha Tea Powder
Matcha, a fine green tea powder, is hand-made from the youngest leaves and traditionally used in the Japanese tea ceremony. The sweet, grassy taste makes a delightful cup and is best when mixed with milk or soy milk for an instant green tea beverage. Rich in vitamins (A, B-complex, C, E, and K) and antioxidants, matcha is also a natural source of dietary fiber. Preparation: 1.5 teaspoon per cup; soy milk, whisk until frothy w/wo sugar. 2ozs per bag.

Vanilla Green Tea

Gyokuro Green Tea
A shade grown steamed green tea, is among the finest of Japanese teas. This fine Gyokuro green tea produces a deeply sweet aroma of freshly buttered greens with no grassiness or harshness. 2ozs per bag. Preparation: 1 teaspoon per cup; brew 2 minutes @ 170 F.
Jasmine Green Tea
A green tea with jasmine blossoms, flavored in China. Preparation: 1 tsp per cup; brew 2-3 minutes @ 175 F.

Jasmine Pearl Green Tea
Green tea from the Fujian province of China infused with the delicate scent of the night-blooming jasmine flowers. Our jasmine is an exotic Dragon Phoenix Pearl tea, comprised of intricate jasmine-infused pearls. Each pearl combines two delicate leaves and an unopened bud. When added to water, the pearls majestically unfurl, releasing their delicate scent and flavor. Preparation: 1 teaspoon per cup; brew 2-3 minutes @ 195 F.
Sencha Green Tea
